第二届电子报会议2016年7月3日在纽约佛堂举行。本次会议对前一阶段收到的学友们发心编辑制作的电子报的情况进行了说明，并现场进行了报纸排版工具的培训和问题解答。
2015年2月举行了第一届电子报会议以及报纸排版工具的培训，并对电子报的排版规范和提交流程进行了讲解说明。两年多来，学友们对排版工具的使用经验日益丰富。广大善信居士们整理、编辑自己的学佛感悟、学佛故事等，制作成电子报，供养大众，宣传佛教，接引有缘众生。截止本次会议前，已经收到379期材料，共计4013篇文章，海内外有近百人参与了投稿。
