原料:玉米、豌豆、胡萝卜、西芹、盐、糖
菜谱做法:
1.材料:玉米,豌豆,胡萝卜,西芹;
2.胡萝卜和西芹切小丁;
3.玉米和豌豆入开水焯烫一下,再用冷水冲洗后沥干水份备用;
4.起油锅,入胡萝卜丁和西芹丁翻炒片刻;
5.再入玉米和豌豆一起翻炒,加盐和少许糖调味后即可。
健康功效:
玉米:健脾、利水、祛湿。
胡萝卜:养肝明目、健脾、化痰止咳。
